Our Personal Trainers assess their clients needs, and develop a fitness, health or diet plans to suit individual goals. Our training delivery includes crossfit (functional fitness) boxing, kettlebells, weights, cardio. We operate 7 days a weeks 24 hours a day.

We ensure that we are:

  • Motivating clients.
  • Recording client progress.
  • Teaching clients new techniques and exercises.
  • Analysing data collected.
  • Readjusting fitness plans.
