I contacted Merton Military Fitness about losing weight as I had heard about them from a friend who had recommended me to start training with them. I had put on so much weight after Christmas so I knew something had to be done to get back into shape. MMF has helped me lose nearly 6kg in weight which has made me feel like a new person. The instructor has also helped me change my lifestyle and I feel so much better for it.

My hectic workload meant that I never had time to go to the gym so when I saw the Merton Military Fitness advertisement for a Personal Trainer I jumped at the chance to get fit. It’s now very convenient as I can have my workouts take place in my home and also on nearby Wimbledon Common in the evening and weekends. My fitness levels have now greatly improved and I have also lost weight in the process. I am very pleased with the service the trainers have provided and I would highly recommend it!

As an ex soldier I already had some basic understanding of fitness having served in the Infantry for 12 years. MMF took the time to review my knowledge and constructed a personal training programme for myself and Vicky. The instructor had the time and patience to sit with us to help us achieve our goals. As well as having a training programme to work with we also have a structured diet plan and we can call on our Instructor for advice whenever we need it. I would recommend MMF to anybody seeking a personal trainer. I also look forward to taking part in the fitness sessions on the Common.
